Ram trucks, representing one of the trucks brands across USA, needed a digital presence that matched their exceptional showroom experience. Their existing platform was creating friction in the customer journey, failing to capture the essence of luxury automotive retail in the digital space.

The existing website was driving potential customers away, with a staggering 60% abandonment rate during vehicle configurations. The fragmented booking system across different dealership locations created confusion, while the mobile experience failed to serve the 70% of users accessing the site on their phones.
The market needed a solution that could deliver premium visual experiences while maintaining comfort and intuitive usability. Existing products forced users to choose between performance and comfort, while setup complexity remained a significant barrier to adoption.

The Solution
We developed a state-of-the-art platform featuring real-time 3D vehicle configurations and cinematic presentations. The new system integrates live inventory across all locations, while our unified booking system streamlines the journey from online exploration to showroom visit.
The user interface was simplified to essential interactions, with automatic IPD calibration and single-hand controls. We integrated premium materials with advanced ergonomics, creating a device that adapts to the user rather than requiring the user to adapt to it.
